时代飞速前进的步伐,即将叩开被世人称誉为“中国世纪”的21世纪大门。 世纪之交,高新科技迅猛崛起,工业社会向后工业社会飞速发展,建筑学和自然科学、技术科学、社会科学与人文科学间的交叉渗透……所有这一切都对今天的建筑创作进行着猛烈的冲击与挑战! 随着我国改革与开放政策的继续深化,宏伟的建设波澜壮阔。在时代给我们提供崭新的机遇面前,近三年多时间里,本人主持了上海商务中心、上海地铁一号线室内外站台设计总协调,参加上海广播电视交流中心等多项工程设计。旨在吸收国内外先进经验基础上,探索结合国情创作现代大型公共建筑的设计道路;在环境上寻求与城市的融合;建筑功能上力求满足规模宏大、设施先进的多功能要求;建筑材料上尽可能采用反映上海工业水平和国内先进技术的国产材料;在建筑风格上体现上海多元文脉特点和室内外空间的协调统一;避免刻意追求建筑形式的创作倾向。 在这世纪交递的短暂年月里,我们将不断探索和创新,继续努力,迎接光辉灿烂的新世纪到来。 上海商务中心交易大厦 上海商务中心是根据市场经济需要建设的一个国家级的大型商业建筑群。由交易大厦、商务大厦、综合楼等部分构成,占地50亩,总建筑面积达15万平方米。中心地处虹口区曲阳路段,总体布局紧凑,与环境协调,

It aims to absorb the advanced experience at home and abroad, explore the design road that combines the national conditions to create modern large-scale public buildings, seek integration with the city in the environment, and strive to meet the multi-functional requirements of large-scale and advanced facilities in building functions; It may use domestically produced materials that reflect Shanghai’s industrial level and domestic advanced technologies; it will embody the harmony and unity of Shanghai’s diverse cultural features and indoor and outdoor spaces in architectural styles; and it will avoid deliberately pursuing architectural styles. In the short years passed in this century, we will continue to explore and innovate and continue our efforts to welcome the glorious new century. Shanghai Business Center Trading Tower The Shanghai Business Center is a national-level large-scale commercial complex built according to the needs of the market economy. It consists of a trading house, a business building, and a comprehensive building, covering an area of 50 acres and a total construction area of 150,000 square meters. The center is located in Quyang Road, Hongkou District. The overall layout is compact and coordinated with the environment.
