临床资料患者,男,23岁,因“发现耻骨处肿块,渐进性增大7年余”入院。7年前发现右侧耻骨处有一肿块,无疼痛,否认外伤史,当时未予重视,以后肿块逐渐增大,入院前肿大明显,活动后感不适。查体:耻骨联合偏右侧可触及一约8cm×6cm×4cm肿块,形态不规则,质硬,不活动,无明显触压痛,表面皮肤无破溃,双侧髋关
Clinical data Patients, male, 23 years old, because of “found pubic symphysis mass, progressive increase of more than 7 years ” admission. 7 years ago found a right pubis at a lump, no pain, denied the history of trauma, was not taken seriously, after the gradual increase of lumps, obvious swelling before admission, feeling discomfort after activity. Physical examination: pubic symphysis to the right side can reach about a 8cm × 6cm × 4cm mass, irregular shape, hard, inactive, no obvious tenderness and pain, the surface of the skin without ulceration, bilateral hip off
