布尔迪厄认为不同的资本带来不同的权力。在司法过程中,不同当事人具有不同的资本,进而影响叙事能力的强弱。只有具有较强资本的当事人,才能够通过叙事来重构对自己有利的案件故事,进而说服法官,使自己的利益诉求得到司法保护。
Bourdieu believes that different capitals bring different powers. In the judicial process, different parties have different capital, thus affecting the strength of narrative ability. Only the parties with strong capital can reconstruct the case stories that are favorable to themselves through the narrative, and then persuade the judges to protect the judicial interests of their interests.
