一、机车轮对压配合过盈量的计算公式在过盈配合联接中,影响联接强度的因素很多,如过盈量的大小、联接零件的材质、压入速度、装退次数、配合表面光洁度和精度、轮对结构特征、配合表面所用的润滑油品种及其清洁程度、压入时的环境温度以及仪表的精度偏差等等。在其他条件基本相同时,过盈量的大小是确定压入吨位高低的主要因素。下面我们就用厚壁圆筒计算方法对这一主要因素进行研究。
