上海世博会园区白莲泾河地区规划实施方案范围北临黄浦江,南至雪野路桥,西起世博园区浦东中心绿地,东接世博园区世博村及配套设施,总用地面积约23公顷。方案较为深刻地理解世博所赋予的“三大和谐”的内涵,从“正生态”的角度开始展开,从理论阐述、案例分析到实际操作,层层递进进行详细,全面的论述,方案指出黄浦江、白莲泾河的滨水绿地不能仅仅为世博而世博。
