在高职教育中推进深度校企合作是发展其内涵式教学的基础,高职教育的机制创新同时也是深度校企合作的基本保障。就当前高职院校来看,校企合作的实践模式一般以工学交替、产学研结合、顶岗实习以及订单式模式为主。在政府给出的政策保障下提高其支持力度,并把企业的主体作用发挥出来,共同合作办学。加大校企合作的力度以及增强高职院校的办学优势是促进其深度校企合作机制创新的基本方式。
The deepening of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education is the basis of developing its connotation teaching. The mechanism innovation of higher vocational education is also the basic guarantee for the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises. In the current vocational colleges, the practical mode of school-enterprise cooperation is generally based on the alternation of work and study, the combination of production, study and research, the internship of posts and the order-based mode. Under the policy support given by the government to enhance its support, and to play the main role of enterprises out of joint cooperation in running schools. Enhancing the cooperation between schools and enterprises and strengthening the advantages of running schools in higher vocational colleges are the basic ways to promote its in-depth innovation in the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises.
