燃用低热值燃料的沸腾炉因其沸腾层燃烧份额的变化而影响正常运行,且给调试、运行带来困难。本文根据沸腾层热量平衡,导出沸腾层燃烧份额计算式,并分析了燃烧份额对沸腾层受热面的影响。
Burning furnace with low calorific value fuel affects normal operation due to the change of the combustion fraction of the boiling layer, and brings about difficulties in debugging and operation. Based on the heat balance of the boiling layer, this paper derives the calculation formula of the burning fraction of the boiling layer and analyzes the influence of the burning fraction on the heating surface of the boiling layer.
