目的探讨枕神经电刺激联合针灸治疗头痛的疗效研究。方法随机将2015—2016年该院诊断为头痛的80例患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为两组,对照组和观察组均给予枕神经电刺激,观察组再加上针灸治疗,对比其疗效。结果两组患者的头痛发作频率、头痛程度、头痛持续时间以及治疗效果的评分之间存在差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头痛患者采用枕神经电刺激联合针灸治疗后的临床效果非常明显,减轻患者的疼痛程度,可大力应用于临床中。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of occipital nerve stimulation combined with acupuncture on headache. Methods A total of 80 patients with headache diagnosed in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The control group and observation group were given electrical stimulation of occipital nerves. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. Efficacy. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in the frequency of headache attacks, the degree of headache, the duration of headache and the score of treatment effect (P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical effect of using occipital nerve stimulation combined with acupuncture treatment on headache patients is very obvious. It can be used clinically in patients with pain relief.
