“教育是教人学做人,学做现代人。”做人教育是整个素质教育的基础,培养学生的独立人格是做人教育必然要求,是课程改革的目标。但是在当今教育中,对学生独立人格的培养方面还存在着种种矛盾冲突。为此必须坚持以人为本,从小事做起,通过加强学生人文修养,创造学生自由发展的空间,不断积淀独立人格培养的积极因素,促进学生个性的健康发展。
“Education is to teach people to be human beings, learn to be modern. ” Education is the basis of the entire quality education, cultivating students’ independent personality is the inevitable requirement of life education is the goal of curriculum reform. However, in today’s education, there are still many contradictions and conflicts in the cultivation of students’ independent personality. To this end we must adhere to the people-oriented, start from a small matter, through the strengthening of students’ cultural accomplishment, to create a space for the free development of students, continue to accumulate the positive factors of independent personality training and promote the healthy development of student personality.
