在音乐校本课程的实施中,我们注重教师队伍的建设,着力打造五支队伍。1.专家队伍。从实践的角度讲,音乐的表现性很强,要达到较高的水准,仅靠自学自悟难以企及,必须有“名师”进行指导。因而,我们提出了“成立专家队伍,进行高位引领”的思路。根据学校的实际需要,几年来,我们先后邀请了合唱指导专家、戏剧表演专家、曲艺表演专家、打击乐指导专家等,请他们定期来校,主要承担对辅导教师的指导工作和特长生的指导。
