Literature history, as the history of literature, describes the development context of literature, restores the time and space pattern of literature, constructs the spiritual world of literature and explains the value and historical significance of literature. Therefore, it should have not only the aesthetic sensibility of literature but also the profound rational cognition of history. Whether the aforesaid functions can be reached objectively and comprehensively is related to the nature of literature and the truth of history.
