油田洪水灾害本模型是面向应用的空间分析和模拟模型，它的主要目标是：为洪水控制部门提供实时的和动态的信息；为制定抢险计划和管理抢险过程提供分析工具；为灾情评估提供分析工具。其功能：预报水淹井位以及其它生产设施；寻找救险路径；确定拥挤道路的情况；计算救险时间；评估水淹情况。介绍应用ＧＩＳ系统预防与控制的方法，提出油田洪水灾害模型的框架，简介实现本模型的具体方法或思想。
Flood disaster in oilfield This model is an application oriented spatial analysis and simulation model. Its main objectives are: to provide flood control departments with real-time and dynamic information; to provide analysis tools for making rescue plans and managing rescue processes; to provide analysis for disaster assessment tool. Its functions: forecast of flooding wells and other production facilities; search for rescue routes; determine the conditions of overcrowded roads; calculate rescue time; assess flooding. This paper introduces the application of GIS system prevention and control methods, puts forward the framework of oilfield flood disaster model, and introduces the concrete method or thought of realizing this model.
