实行供电所专业化管理,建立“一长三员”(所长、安全员、营销员、技术员)、“一室两组”(客户服务室、营业组、配电组)管理模式,能有效地促进基层农电管理和优质服务水平的全面提升,是适应“三新”农电发展战略,引领农电新服务的有效途径。山东省胶南市供电公司在实施供电所专业化管理改革过程中,不断探索、实践和改进,形成了适合本区域供电所管理流程的有效控制办法。
