冶金混凝土协会第一届第二次理事会暨技术交流会于1991年11月21日至23日在上海宝冶召开。到会理事和代表共58人。本协会名誉理事长王铁梦同志出席会议并作了学术报告。协会理事长冶金部建筑研究总院赵丕华副总工程师作了协会成立一年来的工作报告。协会副理事长、冶金部建设司技术处端木祥副处长出席会议并讲了话。大会交流了32篇论文,宣读了13篇论文,评选了10篇优秀论文。
The second meeting of the first session of the Metallurgical Concrete Association and Technical Exchange was held in Baoye, Shanghai from November 21st to 23rd, 1991. A total of 58 members and delegates attended the conference. Honorary Chairman of the Association, Comrade Wang Tiemeng, attended the meeting and made an academic report. Director-General of the Association Mr. Zhao Yuhua, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Construction and Research of the Ministry of Metallurgy, made a report on the work of the association since its establishment one year ago. Deputy Director of the Association and Deputy Director of the Technical Department of the Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Duan Muxiang attended the meeting and made a speech. The conference exchanged 32 papers, read 13 papers, and selected 10 outstanding papers.
