北京市经委系统列入第一批整顿的企业258个,巳验收合格的企业经济效益普遍有显著提高。实践证明,在企业整顿中狠抓全员培训,对更好地完成五项整顿任务起了积极促进作用。一年多来,除了抓系统的,打基础的、长远的教育以外,我们主要抓了以下几项培训工作: 1.结合企业整顿,加强领导班子的建设和培训。经委系统6,400多名厂处级领导干部中,多数没有受过比较系统的企业管理或专业技术训练,特别是在出现了买方市场的新形势下,如何提高企业的适应能力,是企业领导干部面临的一个严竣的新课题。根据新形势的需要,市经委举办了由厂级领导干部参加的经营管理、财务、劳动等研究班,优先培训了第一批整顿的258个企业以及19个重点发展行业的主要领导干部和优秀中、青年后备干部180多人。各局的专业培训班也如雨
