正确认识和处理治理整顿与深化改革的关系

对“治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序,全面深化改革”的方针,现在有人仍存在模糊认识,以为治理整顿是改革的停滞甚至是倒退。这在实践中直接影响了治理整顿工作的顺利进行。造成这种错误认识的原因是多方面的,其最主要的则是对治理整顿深化改革辩证关系的认识出现了偏差。要正确认识和处理二者的辩证关系,必须明确以下三点。

At present, people still have a vague understanding of the principle of “governing the economic environment, rectifying the economic order and deepening the reform in an all-round manner”, thinking that the rectification of governance is the stagnation or even retrogression of the reform.
