目前,随着城市化建设步伐的加快,许多农民带着孩子纷纷进城打工,由于忙于挣钱,他们无暇顾及孩子的学业,至于孩子的教育管理更是滞后,再加上这些孩子本身学习基础差,少部分学生学习上懒惰又怕吃苦,对待学业上的困难没有持之以恒的毅力,因此,要想帮助他们转变观念,提高思想认识,教育引导这些孩子积极努力学习,确确实实要多动点脑筋,多想点办法,现就自己在教育教学中成功转化学困生的策略做一浅谈。
