新升格高职院校在学生职业能力培养过程中存在的问题主要表现为:高职院校对开展职业教育与职业能力培养工作认识不足、开展职业教育和职业指导缺乏系统性、教师对高职院校的培养目标理解不够全面、学生对职业生涯规划和职业理想重要性的认识不够明确,新升格高职院校要加强学生职业教育与职业能力培养必须贯穿于学校教育、教师教学与学生实践的全过程,这样才能在职业教育中培养学生的职业能力。
The problems in the process of cultivating students’ professional abilities in newly upgraded vocational colleges are as follows: the lack of understanding of vocational education and professional ability training in higher vocational colleges, the lack of systematic vocational education and vocational guidance, The training objectives of colleges and universities are not comprehensively understood, and the students’ understanding of the importance of career planning and career ideology is not clear enough.
