生物技术的发展给植物遗传育种研究带来了巨大的变化 ,DNA分子标记技术的应用是其中最显著的变化之一。遗传育种是花卉业发展的重要基础 ,也是技术创新最活跃的分支。笔者从分子遗传图谱的构建、亲缘关系分析、农艺性状定位、标记辅助选择等 4个方面阐述了分子标记在花卉育种研究中的应用
The development of biotechnology has brought tremendous changes to plant genetics and breeding. The application of DNA molecular marker technology is one of the most significant changes. Genetic breeding is an important foundation for the development of the flower industry and also the most active branch of technological innovation. The author explicates the application of molecular markers in the research of flower breeding from four aspects of molecular genetic map construction, genetic relationship analysis, agronomic traits positioning and marker-assisted selection
