A公司2 500t/d生产线采用无烟煤设计的管道式分解炉,单系列五级悬浮预热器。近一段时间公司熟料28d抗压强度偏低,基本在50MPa上下,较常规熟料28d抗压强度低5~6MPa左右。熟料强度低,势必影响混合材的掺量,增加生产成本,降低市场竞争力。本文就熟料28d抗压强度偏低的原因进行数据分析,并提出了优化方案。1数据统计分析1.1熟料28d抗压强度偏低期间熟料化学成分统计(表1)从表1数据来看,A公司熟料碱含量高,MgO含量偏高。
A company 2 500t / d production line designed anthracite pipeline decomposition furnace, a single series of five suspension preheater. Clinker company 28d recently compressive strength is low, basically in the 50MPa up and down, lower than conventional compressive strength of clinker 28d 5 ~ 6MPa or so. Low strength of clinker will inevitably affect the amount of mixed materials, increase production costs and reduce market competitiveness. This paper analyzes the reasons for the low compressive strength of clinker 28d and puts forward the optimization plan. 1 Statistical analysis of data 1.1 clinker 28d low compressive strength during clinker chemical composition statistics (Table 1) From the data in Table 1, A company clinker alkali content is high, MgO content is high.
