从2001年起,安徽省委组织部在六安市开展了乡镇、行政村党务公开试点工作,取得了初步成效。该省已将六安市的做法向全省推广,要求在2005年上半年之前,在全省范围内全面推行乡镇、行政村党务公开。党务公开的内容：主要包括党组织成员的工作分工,党组织年度工作目标任务,党组织决策程序和办法,重大事项决策前的民主听证和决策过程中的党员旁听,干部的选拔,党内选举,党员代表的选举,群众反映问题的整改,党员干部的奖惩,“双培双带”情况,无职党员设岗定责,民主评议党员干部,发展党员,党费收缴和困难党员的救济等。
