以稻秸秆粉、稻壳粉、衫木粉、竹粉,PP、PE-HD、PE-LD膜为原材料,采用模压成型工艺制备不同填料及不同塑料基体的木塑复合材料,并对复合材料力学性能进行分析。结果表明:无油墨PP基复合材料的综合力学性能较好,而含油墨PE-LD基复合材料的冲击韧性较好。稻秸秆粉作为填料增强无油墨PP复合材料效果最佳,制得稻秸秆粉/PP综合力学性能较好,而稻壳粉/PP复合材料冲击韧性较好。
The wood-plastic composites with different fillers and different plastic substrates were prepared by compression molding with rice straw powder, rice hull flour, wood flour, bamboo powder, PP, PE-HD and PE-LD films as raw materials. The results show that the mechanical properties of ink-free PP-based composites are better, while the impact strength of PE-LD-based composites containing ink is better. The effect of rice straw powder as filler-enhanced non-ink PP composite material is best, the mechanical properties of rice straw powder / PP prepared is better, and the impact toughness of rice hull powder / PP composite material is better.
