良好的市场交易秩序是国民经济经济健康发展的重要标志 ,市场竞争是市场经济最重要的运行机制。规范和整顿市场交易行为和市场竞争行为是规范和整治市场经济秩序的重要内容。肩负市场监管职责的各级工商行政管理机关在规范市场交易行为和市场竞争行为方面作出了积极努力。但由于市场交易规则的不完善 ,违规交易行为和不正当竞争行为仍表现得相当普遍。2月13日以来 ,江西省工商局先后派出7个调研组 ,分赴了53个市县(区)工商局(所) ,就全省整顿和规范市场主体行为、市场竞争行为、市场交易行为和市场监管行为中存在的突出问题及应对措施进行调研。下文是江西省工商局关于当前破坏市场经济秩序的各类违法交易行为和不正当竞争行为主要表现及其根源追究的调研报告 ,其中反映的问题应引起有关部门的重视。
