《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中指出:“幼儿园教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,是中国学校教育和终身教育的奠基阶段。”这充分体现了国家对学前教育的重视,尤其把幼儿园教育工作提到了重要的位置,对幼儿园教育提出了更高的要求。幼儿园教育的执行者是教师,教师素质的高低决定幼儿园的教育质量,因此,提高教师素质至关重要。园本教研工作是提高教师素质的主要途径。作为教研员有责任指导大家做好园本教研工作,提高教师素质,具体做法如下。
