Vocational schools are based on the students to become qualified to meet the needs of society, businesses qualified personnel as the primary task. Businesses often place their professionalism first in the measurement of qualified personnel. Combined with years of observation and feeling at the teaching level, I found that students in vocational schools are generally lacking in good, proper and standard language skills and lack of ability to communicate effectively with others through appropriate etiquette manifestations, thus restricting their professionalism Knowledge learning and good interpersonal relationship building, until it is difficult to meet the business needs of workers in terms of employment. In view of this, the development of communication and etiquette courses in vocational schools is imminent.
