通过对常规矿车复轨方法的研究,提出了一种实现矿车快速安全复轨.改变以往结构复杂,操作繁琐的新型矿车复轨器。此设备主要由液压千斤顶、可滚动支撑座和水平丝杠3部分组成。经试验研究,对结构进行了改进,解决了丝杠承受垂直力和整机重量较重的难题,为便携式矿车复轨器的推广创造了条件。
Through the research on the conventional method of trampoline recovery, a new type of trampoline rehearsal system is proposed, which can realize rapid and safe trampoline recovery and change complicated structure and complicated operation.
