本文介绍在102型气相色谱仪基础上所做的改进。柱箱采用二级恒温(空气浴和液体介质浴),色谱柱直接放入液体介质,以减小箱内温度梯度;改进气路系统,提高柱前压的控制精度;同时准确测量各种操作参数(柱温、柱前压、流速、保留距离和固定液重量等)。改进后的仪器能精确测量比保留体积V_g值,测定正己烷的比保留体积V_g值的相对偏差为0.17%(文献值结果为0.19%)。仪器初步可用来测定溶解焓ΔH_(?)、吸附热ΔH_(?)、活度系数γ~(∞)、相变温度等参数,并可精确测定绝对保留值。
This article describes the improvements made on the basis of the Model 102 Gas Chromatograph.
