糖尿病性视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopathy,以下简称DRP)是严重威协视力的视网膜血管性疾病。由于我国生活与医疗水平的不断提高糖尿病患者寿命相应延长,DRP 的发病率也随之增加。虽然激光与玻璃体切割手术为本病的治疗展示了光明的前景,结果是治标,目前国内尚不能广泛开展。用中药治疗不但适合我国国情,而且实践证明是治标又治本的药物疗法,现将我科经系统观察治疗的20例40只眼报告如下:
Diabetic retinopathy (DRP) is a retinal vascular disease with severe covariance. Due to the continuous improvement of life and medical level in our country, the life expectancy of diabetics is correspondingly prolonged, and the incidence of DRP also increases. Although the laser and vitrectomy surgery for the treatment of the disease showed a bright future, the result is a temporary solution, the current can not yet be widely carried out. Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is not only suitable for China’s national conditions, and practice has proved to be a temporary solution and the root of the drug therapy, now our department observed by treatment of 20 cases of 40 eyes reported as follows:
