通过x射线衍射研究,人们得知硅灰石存在许多种多型,而所有这些多型都可以用沿(100)面向b方向的b/2层错来进行解释。利用高分辨透射电镜,可以从所得到的晶格象中观察到单个晶胞及其沿(100)面的层错。作者选取大厂、铜陵、四平、大冶、迁西等五个地点所产的硅灰石进行了电镜观察。对于这五种样品都得到了相应于(hko)倒易点阵面的电子衍射图及其晶格象、清楚观察到沿(100)面的b/2层错。相当于d_(100)的条纹间距是7.7A。 1.大厂硅灰石。多次观察所得的层错都是无序的,电子衍射图中有弥散线(见图1)。它和文献[1]中所述情况有所不同。文献[2]和[3]曾先后提出又否定了双晶的设想。根据二维晶格象中的“波纹型”衬度(图1中箭头处),本文作者认为很可能有双晶存在。
From x-ray diffraction studies, it is known that many types of wollastonite exist, all of which can be explained by b / 2 stacking faults along the (100) b-direction. Using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, a single unit cell and its stacking fault along the (100) plane can be observed from the resulting lattice image. The authors selected the wineries, Tongling, Siping, Daye, moved to the west of wollastonite produced five locations for electron microscopy. For each of the five samples, an electron diffraction pattern corresponding to the (hko) reciprocal lattice and its lattice image were obtained, and a b / 2 layer error along the (100) plane was clearly observed. The stripe pitch equivalent to d_ (100) is 7.7A. 1. Wollastonite manufacturers. Repeated observations of the resulting stacking faults are disordered, diffuse lines in the electron diffraction pattern (see Figure 1). It is different from the situation described in [1]. Documents [2] and [3] have put forward the idea of negating the twin again and again. According to the “waviness” contrast in the two-dimensional lattice image (at the arrow in Figure 1), the authors consider it probable that there is a double crystal present.
