学术期刊具有文化功能,是公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。期刊的公共文化功能发挥如何,是影响期刊社会存在价值的重要指标。当前,移动终端的盛行使得文化消费愈加快餐化,学术期刊的文化功能存在被边缘化的危机。因此,将学术期刊放在公共文化服务体系的环境中确定其功能定位显得很有意义。本文将基于学术期刊公共文化服务功能定位分析,剖析全媒体融合时代学术期刊的文化功能异化危机,并提出学术期刊的价值实现体系。
Academic journals have cultural functions and are an important part of public cultural service system. How to exert the public cultural function of periodicals is an important index that affects the social existence value of periodicals. At present, the prevalence of mobile terminals makes the consumption of food more expeditiously, and there is a crisis of marginalization of the cultural function of academic journals. Therefore, the academic journals in the public cultural service system environment to determine its functional orientation makes sense. Based on the analysis of functions of public cultural services in academic journals, this paper analyzes the crisis of cultural function alienation in academic journals in the age of all media convergence and puts forward the system of realizing value of academic journals.
