贯彻落实民主集中制是党委建设的重要任务和核心问题。在当前全面深化改革的新形势下,公安边防部队面临的情况日益多样复杂,对贯彻落实民主集中制提出了新的更高要求。这就需要我们紧跟“时”和“势”的新变化新要求,从党委工作最基本、最经常、最核心的决策环节入手,分析研究问题,改革创新机制,健全完善制度,推动党委决策从“议事”向“议政”转变,增强贯彻民主集中制的实效性,更好地发挥党委核心领导作用。
