正常妊娠时,受精卵着床于子宫体腔内膜。当受精卵于子宫体腔以外着床,称异位妊娠,习称宫外孕。异位妊娠是妇产科常见的急腹症之一,若不及时诊断和积极抢救,可危及生命。药物流产(药流)亦称药物抗早孕,是一种用非手术措施终止早孕的方法。效果肯定的药物为米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,完全流产率可达95%～98%。药物流产首要条件必须是子宫妊娠。现将临床观察结果进行简要分析。
