不同品种、不同发育阶段的甜椒果实,采收后,在20℃下的呼吸、乙烯释放均表现下降趋势。外源乙烯处理不能诱导绿熟甜椒果实出现呼吸高峰,而只能对于过熟的全红果实的呼吸有暂时的促进作用,甜椒果实的呼吸表现属于非跃变类型。 甜椒果实ACC含量与EFE活性从幼嫩果到成熟的全红果实呈下降趋势,不表现跃变型番茄果实所具有的ACC含量和EFE活性峰形变化趋势。跃变类型果实与非跃变型果实的乙烯代谢有明显的区别。
Different varieties, different stages of the development of sweet pepper fruits, after harvest, the respiration at 20 ℃, ethylene release showed a downward trend. Exogenous ethylene treatment can not induce the peak of respiration in the green ripe bell pepper fruits, but only temporarily promote the respiration of the over ripe red fruits, and the respiration performance of the sweet pepper fruits belongs to the non-jump type. The content of ACC and the activity of EFE in sweet pepper fruit decreased from tender fruit to ripe whole red fruit, but did not show the change of ACC content and peak shape of EFE activity in the fruit of transitional tomato. There is a clear difference in the ethylene metabolism between the fruit of the transition type and the fruit of the non-transition type.
