质量管理小组作为全面质量管理活动中一个重要环节,隧道设计院自1988年推行全面质量管理以来,抓质量、促效益、年年出成果,并多次获得建设部勘察设计系统、上海市勘察设计协会的QC成果奖。随着经济体制改革的不断深化,国内外设计市场的不断变化,设计质量的全过程的控制已成为设计院信誉的根本。因此,QC小组作为现代化管理的方法手段在隧道设计院已逐步受到重视。
Quality Management Team as an important part of total quality management activities, Tunnel Design Institute since the introduction of total quality management in 1988, the quality, efficiency, year after year, and repeatedly won the Ministry of Construction Survey and Design System, Shanghai Survey and Design Association of QC Achievement Award. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system, the continuous changes in the design market at home and abroad, the entire process of design quality control has become the credibility of Design Institute fundamental. Therefore, QC team as a means of modern management methods in tunnel design institute has been gradually paid attention.
