基于混凝土中钢筋腐蚀后体积变化的事实,提出一种用于测量混凝土中钢筋腐蚀的新型传感器的设想。将光纤光栅拉伸后固定在圆形钢筋的表面,放入腐蚀溶液中加速钢筋的腐蚀。在钢筋被腐蚀后,光纤光栅所受到的拉伸应变将被释放,光纤光栅的反射光波长发生变化,通过测量光纤光栅的波长可以测得钢筋腐蚀程度。试验表明,光纤光栅可以用来测量混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀,测量精度优于±0.1μm,测量范围约12μm,非常适用于混凝土结构中钢筋腐蚀的早期监测。
Based on the fact that the volume of steel in corroded concrete changes, a new type of sensor for measuring the corroded steel in concrete is proposed. After the fiber grating stretched fixed on the surface of the circular steel bar, into the corrosion solution to accelerate the corrosion of steel. After the steel is corroded, the tensile strain on the FBG will be released. The wavelength of the reflected light of the FBG changes. The corrosion degree of the rebar can be measured by measuring the wavelength of the FBG. Experiments show that FBG can be used to measure the corrosion of steel bars in concrete. The measurement accuracy is better than ± 0.1μm and the measuring range is about 12μm. It is very suitable for early detection of steel corrosion in concrete structures.
