最近苏联电影事业部采取了一系列协助青年剧作家并改善培养青年剧作家的制度的措施。决定建议各电影制片厂编剧处加强对青年剧作家的工作,在创作剧本时给予他们以真正的实际的帮助,为此要吸收有经验的导演和电影剧作家作为顾问编辑。把一批青年剧作家派遣到剧本研究所来以便提高他们的业务技巧,这是能够保证给青年剧作家以创作上的帮助的重要措施。然而所有这一切都只不过是一件工作的开端,而这件工作是应该一天天地更加加强起来的。
Recently, the Soviet Cinema Division adopted a series of measures to assist young playwrights and improve the system of training young playwrights. It was decided to recommend to writers at film studios to strengthen the work of young dramatists and to give them real practical help in the creation of the script, for which to attract experienced filmmakers and screenwriters as consultants. Dispatching a group of young dramatists to the Screening Institute in order to improve their business skills is an important measure that will ensure creative help to young playwrights. However, all this is just the beginning of a job that should be strengthened day by day.
