近年来,我国的市场经济正在发生日新月异的变化,经济体制也在这种时代进展中产生变革。企业要在市场经济中占据一席之地,就得顶得住来自各方面的竞争。所以,财务管理在企业内占据着不可小觑的重要地位,对财务加强管理力度,是实现高效益经营与提高企业整体竞争能力的前提条件。企业财务管理的主要目标是提高企业的经营效益以及管理水平,财务管理的方法是随着市场经济管理的强化而改变的,并随着市场经济的发展而发展。本文主要分析了当前集团公司财务管理存在的问题,进而提出创新集团公司财务管理的对策,以期对集团公司的长远发展有所裨益。
In recent years, the market economy in our country is undergoing rapid changes with changes in the economic system. To occupy a place in the market economy, enterprises must withstand the competition from all aspects. Therefore, the financial management occupies an important position in the enterprise which can not be underestimated. Strengthening the management of finance is a prerequisite for achieving high-efficiency management and enhancing the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The main goal of enterprise financial management is to improve the operating efficiency and management level of the enterprise. The method of financial management changes with the strengthening of market economy management and develops with the development of market economy. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of the group company, and then puts forward the countermeasures to innovate the group company’s financial management in the hope of benefiting the group company’s long-term development.
