有线广播面临一个升级问题有线广播在我国已有40余年的历史了,几十年来,它有了许多方面的发展。为宣传党的方针政策,推动国家的建设,丰富群众的文化生活等方面都起到了不小的作用。但目前的状况不能令人满意,一些地方在普及率上已经出现了滑坡现象。对有关调查资料分析,出现滑坡或停滞不前的原因是:
