在十年动乱中,我校仪器设备损耗很多,到七八年春还只能做几个简单的演示实验,几年来,我们发扬自力更生的精神,坚持自己动手,就地取材,修旧利废,因陋就简,克服了设备缺乏,条件差的困难,开齐了高初中的演示实验和学生分组实验。一、改进实验方法、以达到定量实验精确度的要求“测定阿佛加德罗常数”和“测定溶解度曲线”两个定量实验,前者设备要求高,要用分析天平;后者是操作过程繁复的转移,费时且误差大。我们过去作测定阿佛加德罗常数实验,是辗转讬请有分析天平的单位代称硬脂酸,所用24厘米直径的玻璃水槽不合规格,结果各组测定的误差幅度很大。后来改用感量为0.1克的托盘天平,准确称量硬脂酸1.0克,配成100毫升苯溶液,再用滴管准确量取此硬脂酸苯溶液1.00毫升,再稀释成100毫升,备用,水槽用合规格的直径12厘米的培养皿代替,结果测定得到5.8×10~(23)~6.3×10~(23)的比较满意的效
