建立高效液相色谱法测定中华跌打酒中栀子苷的含量。采用Inertsil ODS-3(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(13∶87),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长238nm,柱温为30℃。结果表明:栀子苷进样量在0.10~4.00μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为97.97%(RSD=0.66%)。该方法分离度好、专属性强、重复性好,简便易行,可用于中华跌打酒的质量控制和评价。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (13:87) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 at a detection wavelength of 238 nm using a column of Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 30 ° C. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of geniposide and the peak area in the range of 0.10-4.00 μg (r = 0.9999), and the average recovery (n = 6) was 97.97% (RSD = 0.66%). The method is good in separation, strong in specificity, good in repeatability, simple and easy to use, and can be used for quality control and evaluation of Chinese drop wine.
