电阻应变测试技术适应现代工程结构试验的需要,得到了广泛的应用。近年来,由于电子技术的迅速发展,二次仪表精度显著提高,远远超过了电阻应变计。因此,提高应变计的测试精度是急待解决的问题。在一般工程结构试验中,特别是在现场实测,因环境条件差,使用粘贴式电阻应变计测量应变,往往测量误差较大。为此,我们研制了DY-A1型电测引伸计。该引伸计综合了电阻应变计和杠杆引伸仪的特点,是一种新型应变传感器,可与各种型号的电阻应变仪配套,重复使用。根据被测材料的种类和受力状况,选取不同的标距。
Resistance strain test technology to adapt to the needs of modern engineering test, has been widely used. In recent years, due to the rapid development of electronic technology, the accuracy of secondary instruments has been significantly improved, far exceeding the resistance strain gauge.
