In a recent period, with the deepening of the study of library science in the new century and the gradual broadening of the research fields, the research on the philosophy of libraries has become a hot spot. For this reason, this issue is specially published in the column of “Home Forum” in Mr. Ming Di’s “Essay on Library Philosophy”, aiming to contribute to the study of this issue.
