泡桐为我省重要速生用材树种,由于泡桐苗木叶大柄长,不适宜密植,单位面积产苗量少,影响了泡桐的迅速发展。为了解决泡桐育苗与粮棉争地,实现苗粮双丰收,我们根据桐苗前期生长缓慢,速生期比较集中等特点,进行了桐苗与小麦套种的试验研究。桐苗与农作物套种,开封地区开始于1979年,首先是用油菜与泡桐套种,1980-1982年
