为了对卡拉水电站库区滑坡体进行风险评估,结合水电工程自身特点,分析了库区滑坡灾害风险可接受准则制定方法。基于ALARP法则建立了初步的风险接受准则计算模型:在统计分析基础上建立了社会生命风险可接受准则模型,即F-N曲线;在对本工程滑坡灾害风险量化计算的基础上,建立了经济风险可接受准则模型,即F-D曲线。这两项风险可接受准则模型的建立对卡拉水电站库区滑坡灾害进行风险评估和风险管理及后期的滑坡工程治理提供了可靠依据。
In order to assess the risk of the landslide body in the reservoir area of Kala Hydropower Station, combining with the characteristics of hydropower projects, the method of formulating the acceptable criteria for the risk of landslide hazards in the reservoir area is analyzed. Based on the ALARP rule, a preliminary calculation model of risk acceptance criteria is established: an acceptable criterion model of social life risk is established on the basis of statistical analysis, that is, FN curve.
