思想政治工作是我军的政治优势,是军队一切工作的生命线,在国防建设事业中发挥着巨大的作用。在思想政治工作的体系中,包含着诸多的科学原理,包括马克思主义科学原理、管理学原理及心理学原理等。弄清楚思想政治工作所包含的科学原理,对于加强和改进思想政治工作有着重要的现实意义和理论意义。
Ideological and political work is the political superiority of our armed forces and the lifeline of all military work and plays a tremendous role in the cause of national defense. In the system of ideological and political work, there are many scientific principles involved, including the scientific principles of Marxism, the principles of management and the principles of psychology. To understand the scientific principles contained in ideological and political work has important practical and theoretical significance for strengthening and improving ideological and political work.
