针对企业生产规模的提高、设备数量爆炸式增长、设备点检管理不到位的问题,研究开发了唐钢公司基于PDCA循环工作模式搭建的设备管理信息平台系统,有效地弥补了现有设备管理系统的不足。应用该系统后,设备故障的抢修次数和故障停机时间大大减少,计划检修性强,降低了生产成本。
