采用一锅法,以2,4-二氨基-6-羟基嘧啶为原料,经氯代、溴代和亲核取代3步反应合成了标题化合物。其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR和MS表征,总收率37%。
One-pot method was used to synthesize the title compound with 2,4-diamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine as the starting material through three steps of chlorination, bromination and nucleophilic substitution. Its structure was characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS with the overall yield of 37%.
