患者,女,58岁,无药物过敏史。2003年11月25日至2004年3月2日,因双腿疼痛在多家医院就诊,诊断为关节炎、老年性骨质疏松,先后服用过复方氯唑沙宗(鲁南贝特)、塞来昔布片(西乐葆)、双氯芬酸钠(扶他林)、益肾蠲痹丸、壮骨伸筋丸、肿痛安、阿法D3、鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂(密钙息)等药物,服药期间疼痛缓解,停药后恢复疼痛。2004年3月16日来我院就诊,诊断为双侧隐神经痛、双内吸肌炎症,给予甲钴胺片(弥可保)500μg,po,tid治疗。服用4d后出现面部红肿,患者有肿胀感,无瘙痒症状,停药1d后,面部红肿减轻,2d后红肿消退,恢复正常。讨论:患者服用甲钴胺前1周以及期间均未服用其他药
Patient, female, 58 years old, no history of drug allergy. From November 25, 2003 to March 2, 2004, he was diagnosed with arthritis and senile osteoporosis because of pain in his legs at multiple hospitals. He has taken compound chlorzoxazone (Lunan Beit) Celecoxib tablets (Celebrex), diclofenac sodium (Futaolin), Yishenbibi pills, Zhuanggunshenjin pill, sore throat, Alpha D3, salmon calcitonin nasal spray (calcium) and other drugs Pain relief during medication, pain relief after withdrawal. March 16, 2004 came to our hospital for treatment, diagnosis of bilateral saphenous neuralgia, double muscular inflammation, given mecobalamin tablets (Mi Kebao) 500μg, po, tid treatment. After 4 days, the facial swelling appeared. The patient had swollen feeling and no pruritus symptom. After 1 day of withdrawal, the facial swelling was relieved and the redness subsided after 2 days and returned to normal. Discussion: Patients took mecobalamin one week before and during the period did not take other drugs
