太阳辐射减弱对冬小麦形态和光合特性影响的研究

以自然太阳总辐射为对照(CK),设置了CK、T1(60%CK)、T2(40%CK)、T3(20%CK)、T4(15%CK)5个处理组,系统研究了太阳辐射减弱对冬小麦光合作用和形态的影响。结果表明:(1)当太阳辐射减弱至20%时将极显著降低冬小麦的光合速率;(2)株高、叶面积、叶面积比在各个生育中均明显增加,但茎粗、比叶重降低;(3)太阳辐射减弱处理使Fv/Fm升高、ΦPSⅡ降低、qP下降和NPQ升高,表明辐射减弱下冬小麦未发生光抑制。可见,虽然太阳辐射减弱下冬小麦未发生光抑制,且通过形态改变来增加对光能的捕获,但光能不足仍然使得光合速率持续下降。 The total solar radiation of CK was used as control (CK). CK, T1 (60% CK), T2 (40% CK), T3 (20% CK) and T4 (15% CK) Effects of Weaker Solar Radiation on Photosynthesis and Morphology of Winter Wheat. The results showed that: (1) The photosynthesis rate of winter wheat decreased significantly when the solar radiation was reduced to 20%; (2) The plant height, leaf area and leaf area ratio increased significantly in all reproductive stages, but the stem diameter and specific leaf weight (3) Fv / Fm increased, ΦPSⅡ decreased, qP decreased and NPQ increased. (3) Weakening of solar radiation indicated that no photoinhibition occurred in winter wheat under reduced radiation. It can be seen that although the photosynthesis of winter wheat did not occur under reduced solar radiation and the capture of light energy was increased by morphological changes, the lack of light energy still led to the continuous decline of photosynthetic rate.
