随着“三资”企业的增多,愈来愈多的青年涌进“三资”企业大门,他们在企业中多处于生产、经营第一线,是企业生产不可忽视的生力军,同时,他们又处于改革开放的最前沿,在接触外来先进技术和管理经验的同时,不可避免地会接触到外来思想观念、价值标准和生活方式等。
